We facilitate the entire process of selection and recruitment. The Employers is liberty to conduct the interview process according their standards and condition. However, if instructed Paradise Lanka Travels (Pvt) Ltd shall conduct interviews / Practical Tests / Selection, according to client specification.

On selection, the candidates are sent for medical check / clearance to government accredited / authorized medical centers.

We make sure that all documents’ required by the Immigration Government Authority. (i.e.) Medical, Photograph, Passport Details, are in order Employer / Employee have no issues whatsoever.

It is we have taken the full responsibility Of Ticketing and Emigration Candidates and once it is completed we notify and the issue the Itinerary to our overseas client and candidate respectively.

Paradise Lanka Travels (Pvt) Ltd provides basic Pre-job Orientation to workers before departure.
